We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable UX Consultant to join a project team composed of UX Consultants, working for a global company focusing on IT defence and security, to support an exciting project within the Central Government.
The ideal candidate has experience with:
- Reviewing and prioritising user requirements, demonstrating sensitivity to a wide variety of factors,
- Leading the client engagement, including requirements gathering, stakeholder validation, user testing and engagement and validation with other work-streams,
- Owning one or more areas of work including planning, identifying risks and regular reports to the project manager,
- Planning and facilitating effective workshops that improve the UX of a project,
- Applying standard UCD approaches and broader methodologies on client engagements with assistance from senior management, taking the lead in specific areas.
