Support Analyst

**2nd Line Support – Enterprise Solutions & Services Provider – £140 per day day; West Midlands**

An Enterprise Software provider seeks an experienced Support Analyst to work with their West Midlands team, assisting a range of well-known companies UK wide. Working on a shift pattern which will be agreed in advance with your line manager, you will provide support based on a ticketing system; attention to detail and a strong phone manner are key strengths for this role.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of providing support using a ticket management tool
  • Experience of working in a 2nd line capacity
  • Experience in a Service Environment, working with a range of products
  • Strong written and verbal customer services skill
  • SQL knowledge
  • Microsoft OS knowledge
