Management Consultant – SME – Culture & Change, Remote and London base

£100,000 – £154k plus up to 20% bonus

Our client, a Consulting Organisation, is looking for an expert in Culture and Change, to be a leader in their Strategy practice. This role will be working across complex engagements, transforming the client’s thinking and influence their decision making.

You will be working with their clients to dive deep into the challenges they face and think big to develop creative solutions to their toughest problems.

You will be developing trusted relationships with the client executive teams and industry organisations that result in new business opportunities.

This role is for a thought leader, someone who is able to contribute to the future of the firm by leading internal initiatives to build its capability and expertise in Strategy and Culture.

This position is responsible for developing the firm’s long-term sales strategy to position and market its expertise with current and target accounts.

What you will need:

6+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry with proven consulting experience from a leading consulting practice

  • Proven subject matter or content expertise in Culture change and strategy.
  • Expertise in shaping delivery on major cultural programmes that enable behavioural change.
  • Experience of working with a variety of cultural frameworks at a range of top tier organisations
  • Ability to Influence senior leaders and prove the value and impact of the change in culture through defined metrics
  • Demonstrated success creating, growing, and selling solutions for existing and new client accounts.
  • Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.
  • A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.
  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
  • An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • External accreditation or recognition from recognised professional bodies is preferred.
  • A master’s degree or professional certifications are bonuses.
  • Demonstrable track-record in dealing at “C” level
