Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst – Remote – 3 month Contract – £160/£170 p/d – Inside IR35

Temp role available for an IT Service Desk Analyst, this role will be best suited for someone who does not need too much supervision, can prioritise and multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • First line support and second line support
  • Management and fulfilment of tickets, incidents and requests
  • User communication
  • Call answering (20 – 30 calls per day)
  • Providing technical support to users
  • Responding to incoming requests for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issues with computers
  • Perform technical maintenance and software installations and updates.

Additional Skills:

  • Active Directory
  • Service Now – Call Logging system
  • Microsoft – Outlook/Teams/VPN

This is a fully remote role. Potential for extension.
