We’re looking for several experienced Ruby Developers to join the Development, QA, and DevOps teams, of one of the largest IT and Business Consulting companies worldwide, who was voted ‘Best Workplace in Tech’ by Great Place to Work in 2022. You will be working with a range of clients within the Central Government on exciting projects with real-world critical purpose and positive impact!
This role is mainly remote, with occasional travel to meetings at client sites in London.
Responsibilities:
- Writing long-standing, high quality and efficient code for high performance integrated software to help solve unique client problems.
Skills:
- Ruby;
- Java;
- DevOps – Bash, Golang, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python;
- JS, ReactJS-UI, Oracle-RDBMS, Open Source;
- Software engineering skills (GIT, unit testing, code management, continuous integration, caching, containerisation, clean code quality, code security, databases, etc.).
Desired Skills:
- Oracle JDeveloper;
- Cloud service providers;
- Design patterns;
- Server-less techniques;
- Microservice architectures.
