* IT Project Manager * Initial 6-month Contract * £500- 525 daily rate * Hybrid- London *
We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to join a family-owned company focused on construction, development, and property services, but also sustainability, diversity, and equality; to work on a project focused on mobilisation of a responsive maintenance contract.
This role is hybrid with 2 days a week in the office or on client sites in London. The offices are located in Finsbury Park.
Key Accountabilities as an IT Project Manager will include:
- Define and agree project scope, outputs, and timescale, quality, and cost criteria to ensure business requirements are understood and agreed.
- Define and establish the project structure, roles, and teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Plan, manage, monitor, and report on the work of the project and project teams to deliver against what was agreed.
- Ensure projects comply with methodology and governance.
- Manage risks and issues effectively and play a pro-active part in problem resolution.
- Ensure effective management and reporting of all project stages to provide structure and control throughout project lifecycle including management of entry / exit criteria for each stage.
