PHP Backend Developer

PHP Developer (Backend) – Permanent – Bracknell – £50k – £65k per annum based on experience

A new opportunity for a permanent PHP Backend Developer with experience building Laravel/Symfony applications to join a growing global organisation, within the biotech and clinical research industry. You will be responsible for developing high quality solutions whilst learning and developing new technologies.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience working with Frontend and Application Developers, be fluent in making APIs, understand the concept of CI/CD.

Office based in Bracknell – 2 days a week in office

Key Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming with PHP 7/8
  • Experience creating multiple projects from scratch using the framework Laravel or Symfony
  • Experience of API driven development
  • Good understanding of software design patterns

Beneficial Skills:

  • AWS
  • Microservices
  • Docker experience
  • CI/CD experience
