IT Project Manager – Inside IR35 Contract – £600 per day – Leatherhead/ Finsbury Park – 6 month contract
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a HR Payroll Migration Project. This is an initial 6 month contract, with the project currently being at the testing phase and go-live early next year.
This is a hybrid role, split between 2 offices – Leatherhead & Finsbury Park. It is 2 days per week in an office, 3 days per week working from home.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management of one or more technical workstreams.
- Communication to business project managers (stakeholders) of project issues to ensure informed decision making.
- Creation of project plans and tracking actual progress against plans.
- To manage issues and risks.
- To manage resource requirements.
- To maintain the accurate status of each workstream.
- Drive Execution and be able to take corrective action to bring a project back on track.
Skills/Experience:
- HR experience required
- Payroll implementation experience required
- Experience of full project lifecycle
- Excellent MS Project (Scheduling), EXCEL and WORD skills
- Team management experience, comfortable matrix managing project teams of up to 20 people
- Project Management Qualification (ISEB, Prince2 or similar)
