Infrastructure Engineer – Permanent role – Surrey (90%Remote working) – £45k-£50kPA + 7.5% Bonus
Role Purpose:
Working in the Modern Workplace Infrastructure team to support and design the move and ongoing management of cloud provisioned end user experiences. Support Azure, Office 365 and other cloud platforms and services in use at our client whether they are PaaS, IaaS or SaaS.
To professionally maintain the the clients infrastructure services encompassing network, server, clients and applications.
Role and responsibilities:
Provision of third line operational support to our clients infrastructure, including:
· Modern Workplace. MDM. Intune/SOTI
· Servers (Virtual, IaaS or PaaS)
· LAN and WAN networking
· Azure SSO. ADFS. MFA
· Databases
· Storage platforms
· Line of business applications
· Reporting
· Security
· Deploying and maintaining workstation build, patching and inventory
· Backup and management of company data
· Acting under change control.
Qualifications:
Attained or working towards:
· MCSE / Windows Server
· Azure administrator
· Citrix, SQL Server, SharePoint administrator
· Programming fundamentals
· Office 365
3 years of experience in working within a third line support role

• Ability to work within an ITIL structured framework
• VMWare/Hyper-V Virtualization
• Windows 10 management
