We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join an international company breaking ground in the UK, to provide comprehensive administrative support to the company’s Present and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
This is an extremely flexible remote/hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and handle incoming requests, emails, and correspondence for the President.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.
- Assist in meeting preparation, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage communications and provide timely responses.
- Assist with administrative tasks and office management.
- Collaborate with the executive team on cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Capability to work independently and as a team player.
- Professional demeanour and adaptability.
