About the role
The core deliverable of the Early Careers Specialist will be to support in the assessment of graduate talent through review and calibration of candidate video interviews. Assessing against a framework of candidate behaviours to identify and drive successful diverse hiring. Additional support may be required to coordinate and execute candidate attendance at assessment centres creating positive candidate engagement.
Skills: About you
The Early Careers Specialist will have experience in administration and/or coordination and experience in assessing talent is desirable.
We are looking for an individual with the ability to be organized and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being capable of developing strong working relationships.
Role is part time and can be completed from any location in the UK.
