DV Cleared Service Architect – Initial 6-Month Contract – £650 – £750 per day – Northeast Hampshire
A new contract opportunity for a DV Cleared Service Architect with a technical background and service experience. You will be the service SME within a project delivery team, responsible for all service management elements including the transition of the design into live service.
Due to the nature of the role all candidates must be DV Cleared.
Full-Time Onsite 5 days a week – No Remote
Responsibilities:
- Create Service Wraps for technology solutions and ensure all service aspects have been covered
- Create detailed processes following ITIL down to working instruction level with the ability to identify, justify and document appropriate end-to-end service design required by customers
- Responsible for the service design for low, medium or high value / complexity deliveries into live service
- Identify and manage service management RAID items including exclusions, constraints and single points of failures (SPOFs)
- Process and service tooling design and integration requirements
- Write the service documentation as required by the delivery teams for use by operations
- Create detailed service processes for a SIAM based service delivery model
Experience/Skills:
- Experience of Archimate
- Service Design
