Deskside Support Technician (2nd Line) – London – Permanent – up to £25,000

Are you looking to escape from the service desk and become more active in a support role, then if the answer is yes then we have a role just for you.

Our client is an outsourcer that manages a vast array of client based service desks and they are looking for a dedicated 1st line/2nd line service support technician to provide high level deskside support. This will be very much a client facing role and will need some top quality support skills along with a brilliant bedside manner. You will be comfortable in front of all levels of staff and provide a VIP level of service.
