CDP Product Owner – Contract – Hybrid – London – £450/£500 a day – 3-6 months
My client is a global leading FMCG company. They are currently looking for a product owner who will lead a team with a complex multi geography / functional / process / system footprint, often introducing transformative ways of working for the business.
Responsibility
- Product Management – create and manage a product vision including defining and prioritizing features and capabilities.
- Global implementation and rollout of the CDP
- Delivering performance – move effectively between strategy and operational detail.
- Influencing across a matrixed organisation – creating outstanding teamwork and alignment
- Previous CDP implementation experience
- Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform
- Understanding of the efforts required in the various stages of technology implementation projects (Pre-integration, Transition, Development, and Expansion)
- Understanding of business strategy and operations to identify business activities and processes that would be more efficient with specific solutions.
- Contributing to the solution functionality strategy, alignment, and roadmap for Marketing and Communications to promote a consistent framework and approach.
- Performing project management processes and deliverables following a standard global project methodology
- Providing input into the decision-making process for the broader scope of a team and communicating with impact verbally and writing client-focused proposals, presentations, and other communications
- Identify potential opportunities to generate business value from consumer data and insights.
- Provide analysis as input to business cases including ROI
