Business Change Manager – 3 + Months Contract – £450-£500 per day
Summary/Project Details
Our client is looking for a Business Change Manager to support them with two major projects.
• The role will be to help understand the Change journey. This person will have the opportunity to own the full end to end change journey for 2 programmes – from change impact assessment to communications and roll-out.
•Looking for a trail blazer who can work closely with the Programme and Change Managers to help them plan and deliver change for users across UK, Middle East, Australia and Canada
• There are two main user groups: commercial (who manage construction projects) and finance – so experience in these areas are beneficial but not essential
• The rollout will be global across Australia, UK, Canada, India and Middle-East, dealing with all seniority levels up to CEO, hence strong stakeholder management skills are required
Required Skills/Certifications
Essential skills and experience
Must have previous change management experience – general Change IT experience would be great.
Highly effective stakeholder engagement skills – happy to engage remotely with an international team
Nice-to-have skills and experience
• Preferably experience of Change in ERP or Cloud would be useful
• Training and communicatin skills
• Being an ‘all-in-one’ change manager – running programmes from start to finish single handedly
• Financial and commercial sector experience
