Contract Length – estimated end date 31st December 2024 (role is back-fill for a contractor on sick leave, end date could be sooner depending on when the contractor returns)

Pay Rate – £19.65 per hour (inside IR35)

Location – Leven

Role Type – full-time, Mon-Fri, 38 hours per week


The objective is to ensure the SAP database remains accurate and up to date for all three sites.

The role will also be required to provide administration support for the asset integration engineer, maintenance planners and team technical experts.

The role requires a proactive approach taking ownership of key elements within the Asset Care agenda to deliver a successful outcome.


The role will be based at Leven with travel required to another site less than 1 mile away. A flexible approach to working hours may be required to meet critical deadlines with core hours Monday to Friday, 38hrs per week.

Key Elements of the role:

  • Administration of SAP database:
  • ◦ SAP asset structure to be up to date
  • ◦ Maintenance plans accurate
  • ◦ Population of Winshuttle proforma
  • ◦ Removal of redundant assets and maintenance plans
  • ◦ SAP backlog management
  • Preparation of SAP reports for integrated planning meeting
  • Use of Microsoft office tools.
  • Preparation of SAP reports through Power-Bi including the site Asset Care KPI pack and distributing to relevant parties.
  • Upload data from Up Front Technical Assessments to SAP to allow effective planning.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Excellent PC skills are required.
  • Highly organised and driven.
  • Ability to effectively manage workload, prioritise and deliver on time scales.
  • A confident and effective communicator.
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, although specific training will be given.
