My client, A major MSP, have asked us to recruit exclusivley for the below role. I am looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join them on a contract – to – perm basis.
Service Desk Analyst – User Support – hardware / software configuration – troubleshooting – incident management – tickets – resolution – Windows OS – iOS – Active Directory – AD – end user device installation – MFP multi functional printers – anti-virus AV McAfee
- Install and configure workstations (PC hardware and software) in a Windows environment
- Perform advanced analysis and troubleshooting of IT desktop services, in support of incident management processes
- Resolve incidents affecting end-users
- Create, track, resolve and close incident tickets
