Damia Group is pleased to announce an important evolution in our leadership team as we continue to build for the future. Effective 1 January 2026, Chris Bardoe, Founder and current MD of Damia Group, will transition into the role of Chair of the Board of Directors. This move marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey, reinforcing our long-term vision and commitment to strategic growth.
Stepping into the role of MD will be Andrew Weston, currently serving as Damia Group’s Commercial Director. Andrew’s move into the MD position is a natural progression built on his impressive contribution to the company’s commercial strategy, his deep understanding of our clients and markets, and his strong leadership qualities.
Reflecting on the transition, Chris shared his enthusiasm for the company’s next chapter:

Andrew also shared his thoughts as he prepares to step into the MD role:
