Client Services:
Damia Group operate a two-tier operation in the provision of permanent candidates to clients. When fulfilling Executive Search requirements, Damia Group focus on candidates whose salaries are typically in the range of £60k - £250k. When fulfilling positions under an RPO, Managed Serviced or contingency agreement, Damia Group work with candidates at levels below this salary range

Candidate Services:
Damia Group acts as an ‘agent’ (comparable to a sports or theatrical agent) working exclusively with selected individuals to find ‘the right company and the right role’. This is a time-intensive service and therefore is restricted to senior level candidates. Often this refers to Senior level Consultants/managers that are too busy to research the market for suitable roles and do not have time to take numerous, unsolicited calls. This service includes the following:-

- assistance with CV production
- client selection
- interview techniques
- what to expect at each stage
- salary and package advice
- networking assistance
