Our client is looking for an experienced technical support specialist with experience of Microsoft Office products, Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/VPN, Altiris, Dameware/Remote Desktop/Erics Telnet/PC Anywhere, Lotus Notes and Active Directory and a good background with telephony.
The candidate must have good communication skills.
