Our client is looking for an experienced Client facing Technical Support Analyst to assist with the daily support for IT Infrastructure, including printers and desktops, and telephone equipment, (digital and IP). This will include occasional out of hours work and participation in an on call rota. You will manage application system and/or network issues to resolution within the client/end user base whilst also assisting with new installations and migrations.
