James recognised the potential of Damia Group through initial meetings with founding directors Mike O’Sullivan, Christian Bardoe and Debbie Simons. “I saw three successful people in front of me with the expertise, knowledge, passion, understanding, motivation, drive and conviction required to develop a successful business.” The decision to invest was easy.
