Mike O’Sullivan - Chief Executive Officer
Mike conceived of and founded Damia Group in 1995. With a background in software development and sales Mike rapidly assimilated his technical knowledge and recruitment experience to become a formidable player in the UK market place.
Formally a Divisional Director of Manpower UK Ltd, he made a significant impact on the growth and development of their South East Division.
Under Mike’s stewardship Damia Group became one of the fastest growing companies in the Recruitment Sector, and survived the recession following the Year 2000 and subsequent events of 9/11.
His enthusiasm and vision has led Damia Group to its current focus on high level recruitment within Management Consultancy, Systems Integration, London Insurance Market, SAP and Telecomms throughout the UK and mainland Europe.
Mike is delivery focused and passionate about people and continues to be actively involved in placing the right people in the right jobs.
