Damia Group has a long history of supporting its clients with resourcing solutions, covering Recruitment Managed Services (RPO) and Managed Service Programmes and quite often combine the two into a single solution.

Having provided Managed Services Solutions since 2000, we have developed processes and methodologies that can be scaled appropriately and blended into the evolving client landscape, supported with both on-site and off-site services.

 

We work on the principle that each client’s solution is tailored to their needs, and our core templates we begin with include:

 

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO):

We act as an extension of the client’s HR function, providing an end-to-end permanent hiring solution, including client brand awareness, multi-sourcing techniques, assessments, validation, retention and skills development. We would manage the full supply chain as the single point of contact into the client organisation, freeing up valuable time lost to unproductive activities, whilst speeding up the time to hire and reducing the cost of hire.

Managed Service Programme (MSP):

Here, we provide a full end-to-end resource solution that delivers the best contingent talent in an efficient and cost effective way. We manage the multi-channel supply chain, supported by a niche Preferred Supplier List (PSL), and act as the sole contact into the client.

The model allows you to save, time, cost and complexity and reduces your risk, by enabling:

  • A single contract that flows down through the supply chain
  • A standard commercial and governance model
  • We manage all the contingent labour
  • A single consolidated invoice to the client
