Our dedicated Account Manager met individually with each of the stakeholders, face to face, to fully understand the requirements of the business, obtain a detailed job specification for each position, and to understand the ‘softer skills’ required in the roles (the aptitudes and competences expected, and the end client, where relevant, and their expectations, for example).
The resourcing team led the search and qualification campaign for each requirement through a variety of candidate attraction techniques including UK wide advertising campaigns, networking with known talent and headhunting. Once a shortlist had been compiled the Account Manager and senior staff within Damia Group began the second tier of qualifications through face to face interviews, reducing the shortlist further.
For each position we selected the top 3 candidates based on experience, qualifications and our face to face qualification; these candidates were presented to the hiring manager and their peers. Our SLA is a 3 : 2 : 1 ratio of CV’s sent, Interviews arranged, placements made.
During the interview and offer stages we support both our client and candidate to reduce complications and ensure the process completes smoothly.
As well as running ongoing activities, Damia continues to provide value to our relationship with the client. In the last 12 months we have supported a UK-wide candidate attraction campaign to ensure there is a steady pipeline of talent being drawn to our clients’ opportunities.

To ensure the process added value we put together a specialist recruitment team, led by an experienced Account Manager that acted as the single point of contact for our clients internal team.
