Debbie Simons - Operations Director
Debbie has 20 year’s experience in IT recruitment, covering all aspects from resourcing, retained assignments, branch management, new company set up, and Directing.
Having achieved a BA in Psychology from the University of Hampshire, her most recent studies have included ‘The Role and Duties of a Company Director’ with the IoD.
Debbie’s passion for people and delivering a quality service has led her to focus on the quality of staff employed by Damia Group. She has developed an internal recruitment process, induction process, appraisal process and training program to ensure that Damia Group’s clients receive the highest levels of service.
