Client Services:
Introduction: Damia Group operates a two-tier operation in the provision of contract candidates to its client’s i.e. When fulfilling requirements under a standard Preferred Supplier Agreement, Damia Group focus on candidates whose salaries are typically above £450 per day
When fulfilling positions under an RPO or Managed Serviced agreement, Damia Group work with candidates at all levels of remuneration. Before attempting to select appropriate candidates, Damia Group look for the most detailed specification available. Our preferred source of candidates and first point of call, is our network of contacts (built over 20 years). We will also use our database; our extensive network of recruitment partners, online databases and advertisements. Having created a shortlist of candidates that is based upon our best judgement and through the result of references - we submit the candidates.
